Huntington Bank’s digital signage solution encompassed moderately sized frames that sit at each individual teller’s station initiating the conversation. A 32” monitor in portrait mode captivates customers as they wait for the next available teller. The frames and monitor often start the conversation about a value added service.

Our digital signage solution meets a unique set of needs for the competing interests between customers, branch managers, and corporate headquarters. It provides simultaneously:

  • Overall unified brand messaging - Through authorized access for corporate to set the general message and key features for all locations
  • Localized content updating – Through authorized access to local branch managers to make branch-specific changes in order to accomplish direct, in-store, goals, or personalize the message

Independent In-Branch Media Network

 

We provided Huntington Bank with a separate internal, mobile, media network powered by cell phone technology to run digital signage applications. Without having to connect to the bank’s internal IT network, Huntington can manage media content internally with greater technical flexibility and control.
